tournaments must abide by the M.L.C.C. regulations
pertaining to alcohol. (Only Alcohol Purchased
from Grand Pines is allowed on site). |

$200.00 deposit or Credit Card # is required to hold
your date of tournament. Balance of total cost will
be due on the event date. |

Tournaments
have up to 24 hours before final cancellation of any
one foursome. Failure to confirm cancellations will
result in billing for total number on tee sheets.

All
tournaments are required to enclose or fax a tee sheet
no later than 48 hours before the tournament date.

Power
Cart Rental will be confirmed with all tee sheet requirements. |

A
course marshal will be on the course at all times,
slow play will not be tolerated. It will also be expected
of all golfers to exercise proper etiquette and decorum
at all times. Failure to comply with the above may
result in warnings and possible expulsion from the
premises. |

A
dress code is in effect. Please submit the proper
dress code information to all your players to avoid
causing any embarrassment |
