Please submit one copy of the Tournament Policy Sheet with your deposit to the address listed on the bottom of the page. Cheques can be made payable to: Grand Pines Golf Course.

Important: Grand Pines Golf Course reserves the right to bill for the total number of plates requested for banquet meal unless changed prior to 48 hours of function.


We would like to draw your attention to the following requirements for tournaments:
1. Shotgun tournaments have special requirements regarding number of players and starting times.
2. Final confirmation and tee sheets are required no later than 48 hours prior to the event.
3. All tournaments must abide by the M.L.C.C. regulations pertaining to alcohol. (Only Alcohol Purchased from Grand Pines is allowed on site).
4. A $200.00 deposit or Credit Card # is required to hold your date of tournament. Balance of total cost will be due on the event date.
5. Tournaments have up to 24 hours before final cancellation of any one foursome. Failure to confirm cancellations will result in billing for total number on tee sheets.
6. All tournaments are required to enclose or fax a tee sheet no later than 48 hours before the tournament date. (fax: 204.756.2436)
7. Power Cart Rental will be confirmed with all tee sheet requirements.
8. A course marshal will be on the course at all times, slow play will not be tolerated. It will also be expected of all golfers to exercise proper etiquette and decorum at all times. Failure to comply with the above may result in warnings and possible expulsion from the premises.
9. A dress code is in effect. Please submit the proper dress code information to all your players to avoid causing any embarrassment


Food and Beverage Requirements
  • All food and beverages served at Grand Pines are to be provided by Grand Pines.
    Exceptions to this rule must be arranged with the Food and Beverage manager prior to the event.
  • All food and beverages are subject to applicable taxes.
  • The guaranteed number of people attending meal functions is required 48 hours before the event.
  • Dress code also applies in the clubhouse.
  • I have read the above conditions and agree to comply with these conditions.
